Childbirth Shouldn't Be Scary

Having a baby is a magical experience for any woman or family. But it can also be one of the most unnerving and anxiety-filled times in your life.  There are the dozens of rushed appointments, stacks of "what to expect" books and unsolicited opinions from everyone around you.  If you're like me, you just want a guide and a confidant you can trust to help you navigate this incredibly overwhelming time.   

I started Lemontree Babies to provide approachable, comprehensive but concise birth education in a warm, caring and honest environment. No questions are ever considered embarrassing, stupid, or too intimate to ask, and no topics are glossed over or avoided. I want every woman and family to finish their class feeling calm, confident and prepared for what’s to come. Through pre-class discussions with the family, I tailor the topics and curriculum specifically to individual needs, concerns and questions .  

Most importantly, I try to make every class fun, interactive and  sometimes a little silly. Having a baby shouldn't be scary or overwhelming; my classes and approach are all about bringing out the excitement and love that should come hand in hand with starting a family.
